Carpenter Creek Shipping Charges/Policies

Shipping charges are in a constant state of flux and may change at any time. Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we are prevented from shipping wine to many states unless purchased at the winery. Many states that allow the shipment of wine direct to consumers impose limitations on the quantity of wine that may be legally shipped. Please refer to the specifics for your state below. For those of you living in states that do not allow direct shipments you can consult WineInstitute.org or FreeTheGrapes.org for further information.

Shipping charges range from $16 -$60 depending on quantity and shipping zone.

Average case (12) charges are usually between $25 and $40 but exact shipping will be configured once your order information has been submitted.

Shipping Rules:

Wine may not be delivered to persons that are under the age of 21 or that are intoxicated. By placing your order with this winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
Wine shipments will be marked "Contains alcoholic beverages. Signature of person age 21 or older required for delivery."

Alaska purchases limited to a reasonable amount for personal consumption.
California purchases limited to two cases per year.
Idaho purchases limited to two cases per year.
Illinois purchases limited to two cases per year.
Iowa purchases limited to two cases per year.
Minnesota purchases limited to two cases per year; however, we cannot accept orders via the Internet. Please call the winery.
Missouri purchases limited to two cases per year.
Nebraska purchases limited to one case per month, with a maximum of two cases
per year.
Nevada purchases limited to 12 cases per year
New Mexico purchases limited to two cases per year.
North Dakota purchases limited to one case per month.
Oregon purchases limited to two cases per year.
Rhode Island purchases limited to five shipments per year of no more than 15 bottles per shipment.
Washington purchase amount is not limited.
West Virginia purchases limited to two cases per year.
Wisconsin purchases limited to one case per year.
